How to Install an Oil Cooler on 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before installing the oil cooler, first put the new oil cooler seal in place. Apply oil on the seal and set the oil cooler onto the oil filter adapter with notch 1 lining up with tab 2. Head next to install bolt 2 for the oil cooler connector and make sure it reaches a torque of 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.). At that point, set the new oil filter in place and install the oil cooler coolant hoses 1 and 2. After that, raise the vehicle again and fill the cooling system.
