Replace the oil cooler seal before you start installation. Place a little lubricant on the seal and place the oil cooler on the oil filter adapter, making sure that notch 1 lines up with tab 2. Then, insert the second oil cooler connector bolt and turn it to 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.). Then, set in the oil filter and slide the oil cooler coolant hoses 1 and 2 into place. After that, bring the vehicle down and put coolant in the system.
