How to Install Exhaust Valve and Intake Valves in a Cylinder Head on 2008 Chrysler Town & Country?

In installing the valve, it is important to coat the stems using clean engine oil and fit into the cylinder head. Height at tip of check valves; when it is higher than 43.65 mm on intake and 45.98 mm on exhaust, grind to spec. After that, fit new valve stem seals, valve springs, and cylinder head(s).
