How to Properly Install Valve Stem Seals and Retainer Locks on 2008 Chrysler Town & Country?

Ring the valve seal/valve stem seat onto the tip of the valve guide using the stem as your guide; do not press the seal onto the top of the guide. Put the spring under just enough pressure to put in the retainer locks. Don't detach the garter spring 2 from around the seal that's at the top of the valve stem seal. Following this, fit the valve spring accordingly.
