How to Install an HVAC Pressure Switch on 2008 Dodge Avenger?

Place the approved O-ring and only the correct refrigerant oil for your A/C compressor around the Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch when installing. Start by smearing refrigerant oil on a clean O-ring seal (4) and putting it onto the A/C discharge line (3). After that, connect and secure the HVAC pressure switch (2) to the A/C discharge line. At this point, attach the wire harness connector (1) to the HVAC pressure switch and then replace the negative battery cable.
