How to Safely Remove a Wiper Blade on 2008 Dodge Caliber?

The first step is to lift the wiper arm so that the blade comes away from the glass until the over-center hinge is reached. Following this, push down the latch release tab found at the arm tip's pivot and move the blade towards the pivot slowly, until it separates the pivot block from the 'hook' end of the arm. Subsequently, attach the hook at the end of the wiper arm into the special opening lowest on the superstructure ahead of the pivot block. Firmly lower the tip of the wiper blade close to the glass, just above the bug hit spot.
