How to Install a Drive Shaft on 2008 Dodge Charger?

Installing the propeller shaft requires two people so as not to cause damage. Line up index marks and reinstall coupler or damper for V6 models. Bolts to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.) torque and loosely install center bearing bolts. Compress the rear suspension before attaching the center bearing and then torque to 27 nm (20 ft. lbs.).
