Initial steps for servicing and repairing an upper control arm bushing are to unbolt and take off the upper control arm (4). Put the control arm in a vise (7) and be sure to grease the threads of the tool well before beginning work to help the tool last longer and keep proper operation during the removal and installation. Press the bush out of the upper control arm using special tools C-4212-F, 6761, 9601-2 and 9601-1.
