2008 Dodge Durango Brake Disc Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Remove and Replace a Brake Disc on All-Wheel ABS on 2008 Dodge Durango?
A: First, look at the tone wheel on the hub/bearing of vehicles with an all-wheel antilock system (ABS); if the teeth of the wheel are damaged, you will have to replace the whole hub/bearing, as it is treated as an assembly. After that, connect the rotor (1) using the hub/bearing wheel studs (2). After that, place the caliper adapter assembly (2) and hand-tighten the adapter bolts. With everything connected, wheel and tire assembly in place and the vehicle parked on stands, put the vehicle on the ground. Pedal the brakes a few times to help the pads fit snugly and only then, drive the vehicle away.
