How to Remove and Replace an Upper Intake Manifold on 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan?

You should begin by taking off the cable from the negative battery terminal (3) and then disconnect the IAT sensor's electrical connector. After that, pull off the air inlet resonator to throttle body hose assembly, part the EVAP hose that plugs into the throttle and separate the ETC wiring connector (1) from the throttle body. In addition, unplug the brake booster hose from the intake manifold, unplug the MAP sensor electrical connector and detach the PCV hose. Get rid of the EGR tube, then remove the intake manifold bolts and take off the manifold. Take off the upper manifold, then cover the lower intake with something suitable and examine and clean the upper one.
