In order to repair the 5.9L Diesel ECM, one needs to fix it to the bracket using five bolts at 24 Nm. Check and clean the 50 way and 60 way connector models of damage then fix them, securing bolts to 3 Nm. Connect the negative battery cables once again and clear any DTCs with a diagnostic tool.
