The first thing to do when servicing the air filter is to turn the lock retainers 5 and remove the fresh air inlet 2. Disconnect the connector to the intake air temperature sensor and remove the air inlet tube from the air cleaner housing after that. Release the 2 clasps on the sides of the air cleaner housing cover and gently take the cover away to reach and pull out the air filter 3. If the housing needs it, clean the inside of the air cleaner housing.
