How to Maintain and Fix a Window Motor on 2008 Jeep Compass?

In order to fix the power window motor, position the motor to the UP position, disconnect the negative cable of the battery, and take out the front door module. Unplug the electrical harness on the motor, unscrew the four screws on the window regulator and then have the motor out by unscrewing the four screws on the regulator.
