How to Install an Antenna Cable While Ensuring the Airbag System is Disabled on 2008 Jeep Liberty?

Before installing the cable, remove the battery's negative terminal and discharge the air bag system's capacitor which takes about two minutes. Set the instrument panel antenna cable on top of the instrument panel, then fasten all retainers to secure it to the instrument panel's back. Attach the cable to the radio, put the instrument panel in place and connect the battery's negative wire again.
