How to Remove a Trailing Arm on 2008 Jeep Patriot?

In order to take off the trailing arm, lift the vehicle and take the wheel assembly. Unscrew the brake flex hose, brake tube and the caliper assembly. Disassemble the parking brake cable, hub, brake rotor and wheel speed sensor. Lastly, loosen the toe link, lower and upper control arms and disconnect the trailing link.
