How to Safely Remove and Service a Fuel Level Sensor on 2008 Jeep Wrangler?

To service the fuel level sensor, remove and empty the fuel tank, venting the fuel system pressure before removing the tank. Note the position of the rotation of the module with the help of the indexing arrow. Use Lockring Remover/Installer tool 9340 to remove the lockring counter-clockwise, then remove the module carefully so as not to bend the float arm.
