How to Install a Blend Door Actuator on 2009 Chrysler Sebring?

Place the blend door actuator onto the left side of the HVAC air distribution housing. Turn the actuator a little to so that the splines on its output shaft fit with the splines on the blend air door linkage. Fasten the blend door actuator to the air distribution housing with two screws and tighten them to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Attach the wire harness connector to the end of the blend door actuator. Put the glove box bin on the passenger's side behind the dash in vehicles with the steering wheel on the right. Attach the negative battery cable and now use a scan tool to start the Actuator Calibration process.
