How to Service and Repair a Blend Door Actuator on 2008 Chrysler Sebring?

First, secure the car by turning off the air bag system by removing the negative battery cable, then let the air bag system capacitor discharge for two minutes. Remove the glove box bin from your vehicle if you have a right-hand drive model. After that, disconnect the wire harness connector from the blend door actuator located on the left side of the HVAC air distribution housing. After that, unscrew the actuator from the air distribution housing and take it out.
