How to Service and Repair a Rack and Pinion Steering Gear on 2009 Dodge Charger?

To repair the all wheel drive rack and pinion disconnect the battery, siphon off power steering fluid and raise the vehicle. Remove the tires on the front, outer tie rods, and steering coupling pinch bolt. Unthread and remove return and pressure hoses and remove rack and pinion, making note of tie rod revolutions for reinstallation.
