The seat belt of the vehicle has a molded plastic web stop button that allows the latch plate to be reached. If damaged, can be replaced with a kit including two halves of the buttons. Tools needed are wheel weight pliers and super adhesive glue. Inspect seat belts before replacement and assure proper installation.
