2009 Dodge Charger Washer Pump Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service and Repair a Washer Pump for Headlamps on 2009 Dodge Charger?
A: Disconnect the battery negative cable and separate it before starting to fix or repair the headlamp washer pump motor. Remove the hose from the washer pump at the bottom of the engine, connect it to a tubing and allow the washer fluid to run into a clean container. After that, take away the washer reservoir. Press the latch down and pull the hose off to disconnect the high pressure headlamp washer pump. You should then unplug the electrical cable from the high pressure auto headlamp washer pump (1) after that. Take the pump out of the reservoir by lifting it up and out of the grommet and do not damage or puncture the reservoir while doing so. Following this, remove and throw out the pump grommet.
