To install the front steering knuckle, clean the ball joint stud tapers. Install hub/bearing and set bolts to 163 Nm. Fix the knuckle in the ball joints, tightening the upper nut to 75 Nm and 95 Nm for the lowest. Install tie rod end, halfshaft, ABS sensor and wheel installation, and wheel alignment.
