How to Install Cam Gear and Ensure Proper Alignment and Tensioning on 2009 Dodge Journey?

Installation of camshaft sprockets should be done by fitting them to the proper position and installing new bolts but without tightening. Adjust timing marks, affix thrust plates and tighten bolts. Produce the timing belt and compress and tighten bolts. Take pin out, loosen camshaft bolts and fit rocker assemblies and covers. Do Cam/Crank Variation Relearn later.
