Position the timing marks found on the camshaft sprocket to those positioned on the inner cover. Following this, put in the camshaft thrust plates and seals and tighten the bolts to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.). Start by placing the Timing Belt in the crankshaft sprocket and then proceed to the next sprockets counterclockwise, keeping the timing marks together. Shove the plunger into the tensioner body and drive in a locking pin before fixing the tensioner. Make sure the tensioner pulley is touching the belt and add the reset Timing Belt Tensioner to the housing, tightening its attaching bolts to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.).
