How to Safely and Correctly Remove a Steering Wheel on 2009 Dodge Journey?

To remove the steering wheel, be sure to line up the tires and disconnect the negative battery cable. Let the air bag capacitor discharge for two minutes. Remove the air bag, disconnect the wiring and lock up the wheel puller. Do not turn the Clock Spring and hold the position of the wheel when removing the wheel.
