The first step is to wipe down the bore of the axle tube and clean out any previous sealer or burrs. Set the Installer C-4198 and the Handle C-4171 over the bearing, pushing it through the bearing tube until the tool hits the outside of the axle tube, with the part number facing up. After that, apply axle lubricant to the outer edge of the new axle seal and use Clamp Installer C-4076-B and Handle C-4735 to fit it in the housing. Halide "Funderline, install the axle shaft (1) and attach the differential cover. Don't forget to fill the cover with proper gear lubricant up to the bottom of the fill plug hole.
