Before installing the wiper arm, place the wiper module in the PARK position and cycle the motor if it is locked. Set the wiper arms up so that their heel is in line with the park mark along the windshield. Remove any metal splinters from the pivot shafts and move the arm to the pivot so it's centered in the over position, rocking it together until it fits. Attach the wiper arm to the car with the retaining nut, torquing it to 19.7 - 21.5 Nm (175 - 190 in. lbs.), before screwing on the arm cap nut. After everything, check the wiper arm or blade moves to the PARK position as you switch the ignition off.
