How to Install Exhaust Valve and Intake Valves on 2009 Jeep Commander?

To install the intake and exhaust valves, apply a coat of clean engine oil to the stem of the valve and insert it into the cylinder head. Install the valve stem seal, the spring and the retainer (with the use of a compressor for the spring). Lubricate camshaft journal, position camshaft and install bearing caps and rocker arms.
