  A: You should always install a front fog lamp bulb that matches the correct size and type to protect the lamp, the socket and the wiring from any damage caused by overheating. Avoid letting your fingers touch the bulb or touching oily surfaces to keep your bulb lasting longer. Join the fog-lamp bulb and base with the notch cut for it on the back of the lamp unit housing which is on the back of the front-end module carrier. Affix the bulb to the housing until its base cannot be pulled out and rotate it clockwise about 30 degrees to assure it stays locked and the bulb connector is upright. Place the wire harness connector into the automatic receptacle inherent to the front fog lamp bulb base and link the battery negative cable again.
