2010 Chrysler Town & Country Dimmer Switch Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service a Dimmer Switch on 2010 Chrysler Town & Country?
A: To work on the multifunction switch, turn off the SRS first by disconnecting and isolating the car battery's negative wire and waiting two minutes while the capacitor discharges. Remove the knee blocker from the dashboard, then take away the upper and lower shrouds from the steering column. Following this, remove the wire connector from the back of the multi-function switch housing. Press in the tab on the latch feature found on the housing of the multi-function switch on the left side of the Clock Spring to unlock it. With the latch not engaged, lift the side of the switch out of the mounting bracket and up into the vertical position.
