How to Maintain a Power Steering Cooler on 2010 Dodge Avenger?

To work on the power steering fluid cooler, first siphon off whatever fluid you can from the power steering fluid reservoir. After that, lift up and secure the vehicle. Should there be a belly pan under the engine, remove it and then eliminate the lower fascia valance. Separate the hose clamps keeping the fluid return hoses connected to the power steering fluid cooler line and cut both hoses away from the line. After taking out the push pins at the bumper reinforcement, remove the cooler's line from the car.
