How to remove a Steering Column Cover on 2010 Dodge Avenger?

To remove the steering column cover, tilt the steering column as high as possible and remove the steering column opening cover. Remove the mounting screws and reinforcement. Tilt column down, remove lower shroud screws, remove shrouds and extend column and remove upper shroud by removing tabs.
