How to Remove a Shift Cable on 2010 Dodge Challenger?

In order to take the shift cable off, one should move the transmission to PARK and lift the vehicle. Unplug the gearshift cable to the shift lever and bracket. Where necessary, take out the floor console and shield. Lastly, loosen the cable of the dash panel and take the cable out of the car.
