How to Remove and Replace a Drive Shaft for Front on 2010 Jeep Liberty?

Before removing and replacing the front drive/propeller shaft, put the vehicle in neutral and lift it up on a hoist. Make an installation reference line across the transfer case flange and front propeller shaft CV joint, also across the front propeller shaft flange and axle flange. After that, come out the axle flange bolts and then both bolts and retainers from the CV joint. Now, squeeze the shaft tightly enough to break the flanges' connection with the propeller shaft.
