How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Hose from Gear to Cooler for Return Hose on 2010 Jeep Liberty?

For repairing or changing the return hose between the gear pump and the cooler, start by draining out the amount of fluid you can. Move on to getting rid of the air cleaner housing, then the washer/coolant reservoir assembly and finally the fan shroud. Lift the vehicle as described and take off the hose clamp for the return hose from the cooler. Unplug the hose returning from the steering gear and remove the hose routing clip. After completing everything else, flip the vehicle and drain the liquid out of the hose/line.
