Place the grille in the front fascia of your 300/Magnum and tighten the screws because a firm fit is necessary. Install the new grille onto the grille surround and seat it properly, then insert the grille assembly inside the front fascia, again, all the way in. Screw the grille assembly to the fascia and then attach the front fascia.

How to Detach the Grille from the Front Fascia on Chrysler 300?

Before taking the grille off, first ensure the face of the front fascia remains unscathed by taking the proper precautions. Start by taking the front fascia off and setting it on a workbench. Then, dislodge the screws holding the grille to the inside face of the front fascia and, after they're removed, extract the grille from the fascia.
