Insert the security bolts loosely, after that tighten the top of the instrument panel to 8 Nm, the side supports to 27 Nm and finally the bottom of the instrument panel to 6 Nm. Afterward, install the end caps and defroster grille and then join the wire harness connectors found on the A-pillars and add the A-pillar trim panels. Connect an extra wire harness connector to each end of the instrument panel wire harness and the antenna coax. On ORC module, fastenready the instrument panel wire harness connector along with the ORC module. Also, secure ash receiver and center floor console and attach body wire harness connectors to transactions control module and instrument panel wire harness connectors. Mount the steering column where needed, slide the instrument panel steering column cover reinforcement onto the bracket and fix it with screws. Slot the steering column cover in properly, link the hood release cable to its handle and hook up the wire harness to the trunk switch. Use screws to attach the steering column cover to the instrument panel and then install the left and right side instrument panel silencers. Lift and hold the vehicle up, connect the steering column to the steering coupling and finally lower it. Forget connecting the negative battery cable for now, since the verification of the supplemental restraint system comes after any repair or service on supplemental restraint components. As a last step, carry out the supplemental restraint system verified test.
