  Start by taking the remote cable of the Hydraulic Control Assembly out of the right strut tower ground stud and securing it with an insulator and a nut to prevent any grounding mistake. You can use a special tool to apply more force to the brake pedal further past its first inch which will seal off the master cylinder reservoir. With the bolt and nuts removed from the servo, unplug the wire connector and place the servo off to one side, still attached to the cable. After that, unscrew the screw holding the washer bottle filler neck and remove the nut and bolt that attach the transmission controller bracket. With the bracket removed, pull the controller out of its place. Use Mopar Brake Parts Cleaner or something similar to clean each surface of the HCU and the brake tube connections. Use a crow foot wrench and disconnect the brake tubes from the master cylinder at HCU, then remove the brake tubes from the chassis. Hold the lock down and pull the CAB/CAB connector apart to unlock it. Elevate the front of the car on jackstands or the lift, remove the whole left front wheel and tire and take out the fasteners holding the inner front fender splash shield before you move it. Open the three bolts holding the ICU on the mounting bracket and lift it through the left side of the bracket into the wheel well. First, put the ICU back in the vehicle and secure it properly on the mounting bracket after lubricating the bolts to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.), next fix the inner fender splash guard and finally attach the tire and wheel assembly before lowering your vehicle. Insert the audio cable only after securing the seal at the 25-way connector and pushing the whole cable into place. Fit and tighten the four HCU Brake Lines to 17 Nm (146 inch lbs.) and connect and tighten both the primary and secondary brake lines from the master cylinder to that pressure too. After that, install the transmission controller, reconnect the washer bottle filler neck and attach the speed control servo. Lift up the brake pedal positioning tool and attach the remote ground cable to the ground stud on the left shock tower, then fasten the nut to 28 Nm (250 inch lbs.). Following installation, the ICU might require setup with the DRB scan tool. Don't forget to flush the base brakes and ABS hydraulic system and take the car to test it before you begin the calibration process.
