    First, take the negative cable off the remote jumper terminal before you take out the upper radiator crossmember, fan, the accessory Drive Belts and the vibration damper on the crankshaft. After that, remove the lower belt cover behind the crankshaft vibration damper, then the A/C belt guide/lift bracket and the stamped steel cover, being sure not to lose the sealer; if the sealer is missing, cover the areas with new Mopar Engine RTV GEN II. Then, take off the casting material on your left hand. Begin the installation by fitting the left cast cover with the generator/power steering belt tensioner pulley and bracket, next attach the right stamped steel cover, then put on the A/C belt guide/lift bracket and lastly the bottom cover. Replace the crankshaft vibration damper, accessory drive belts, radiator fan and upper radiator crossmember and link the negative cable to the remote jumper terminal in the last step. First, remove the camshaft sprocket(s) and all the bolts from the rear timing belt cover. When removing the cover itself, be sure to note that the right side's O-rings can't be used again. Slide the new O-rings over the cover, place the timing belt covers onto the back and fasten all bolts to the exact torque: M10 at 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.), M8 at 28 Nm (20 ft. lbs.) and M6 at 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Afterward, fit the camshaft sprockets and get everything back into place.
