Before removing the rear panel speaker, recline the seat all the way forward, remove the door sill molding, edge plate and door edge molding. Do not put too much force on the speaker grille as it may break because it's plastic. Take out the speaker grille from the back panel carpet with a trim stick and then fold the carpet to get to the nuts holding it in place. Unscrew and remove the inner mounting frame nuts and take out the speaker shroud as well. Cut the rear panel speaker harness and remove both the left or right rear panel speaker and the inside mounting frame from your car. To install, insert the rear panel speaker inside the rear panel backing, add the inside frame and connect the speaker harness. Fit the speaker shroud onto the inner mounting frame, sunscreen the nuts and carefully spread the back panel carpet. After that, install the rear panel speaker grille, the door edge molding and edge plate and then reinstall the door sill molding. Reset the seats to where they are meant to be while you drive.
