How to Maintain and Fix Cup Holders on Chrysler Town & Country?

To service and repair your cup holders, first, take out the screw access cover from the bottom of the center bezel and then remove the attaching screws of the center bezel. Use a trim stick, special tool # C-4755 or an equivalent product to pry the edge of the instrument panel center bezel and hang it off the side as you keep the accessory switches secured. Then, pull the cup holder assembly back to separate the guide studs at the rear from the instrument panel and remove the entire cup holder assembly from the lower section of the panel. Be sure to lock the cup holder assembly when you install it, because the cup holder must be fitted as a whole unit to ensure proper placement. Set the cup holder assembly into place in the lower instrument panel and push it in until the rear struts lock in place. After that, attach the center bezel using the attached screws and insert the bottom screw access cover into place.
