How to Service and Repair an Engine Mount Bracket on Chrysler Crossfire?

The first step to repair the engine mount brackets is to take off the engine mount. For the left component, unscrew the engine mount bracket bolts and remove the bracket after that. Similarly, take off the engine support, throw away its single bolt and remove the support bracket from the right side. When installing on the left, fit the engine mount bracket on the engine, insert the new mount bolts and turn them to 20 Nm plus 90° clockwise before restoring the engine mounts. Begin with the old bolt on the left side, put the engine mount bracket on the left and the new bolt on the right, tighten them both to 20 Nm plus 90° clockwise and then slide the engine mounts into place.
