How to Remove a PCV Valve on Chrysler 300?

You need to perform these steps to remove the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve which is located underneath the right intake manifold. Start by freeing the hose clamp on the air inlet tube and place the tube clear of the throttle body. Following that, take off the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve tube. After that, take the PCV hose off the valve. The upper intake manifold simply needs a little space to get to the PCV. Relax the bolts on the intake manifold and slide the manifold toward you to reveal the PCV valve. Last, take the PCV valve out of the cylinder cover.

How to Install a PCV Valve on Chrysler Town & Country?

First, attach the new PCV valve to the valve cover connector and tighten it to only 4 Nm. Then, attach the PCV hose at the PCV valve on the PCV port.
