Crank the radiator fan retaining screws (1 and 2) to 6 Nm (55 in. lbs.) and attach the radiator fan electrical connector (1). Put the air suspension below the maximum level and for turbocharger cars, replace the inlet neck O-ring if it's damaged before inserting it into the radiator inlet and torquing it. Be sure the connection between the upper radiator hose and radiator won't touch your engine or hood. After that, take the upper radiator closure panel (1) and center brace (2) and place the grille in its designated area. Then, set the battery tray in place, attach the battery, link the cables to the battery and top up the cooling system with liquid.
