How to service the Secondary Air Injection Check Valve on Chrysler Sebring?

Service of the Air Injection Check Valve starts by disconnecting it and the connecting hose. Press in on the quick connector on the tube and remove the tube from the check valve. After that, free the two screws on the check valve and remove the valve from the exhaust manifold. The first thing to do during installation is to clean the check valve's sealing surface on the exhaust manifold. Last, place the One Way Check Valve, using a new gasket and adjust the 2 screws to 12 Nm (105 in.lbs). After that, stick the connecting tube into the check valve.
