To install or fix the hydraulic hose, first of all open the battery cables. Then, the instrument panel lower silencer is removed and next, the knee bolster. Remove the clutch master cylinder pushrod retaining clip then release the pushrod coupling with the clutch pedal. Continue herein by unplugging the battery shield, battery and battery tray. Next, remove the assembly windshield wiper module. With Disconnect tool 6638A, remove the clutch master cylinder quick connect fitting and also remove plumbing retainer. Take out the reservoir in the master cylinder to strut tower nuts and relocate the same to one side. After that, attach the master cylinder reservoir to the strut tower and tighten the reservoir to the strut tower nuts to 11 Nm (100 in. lbs.). Install the windshield wiper module assembly, put in the battery tray, battery and finally put on the battery shield. Attach the pushrod from the master cylinder to the clutch pedal lever and then install the retainer clip. In the last step, insert the knee bolster and the instrument panel lower silencer and secure the battery cables.
