Remove the disc brake and adapter bracket as an unit from the axle and rotor, then use wire or a bungee cord to hang it someplace safe to prevent touching or overextending the brake line. Take out the last retaining clip and glide the brake rotor away from the hub and bearing once more.

How to Install the Front Brake Rotor on Chrysler Town & Country?

The first step to install the front brake rotor is to place it back on the hub and the bearing. After that, line up the brake caliper and adapter with the brake rotor and confirm the adapter fits onto the steering knuckle's mounting holes. Install the two adapter mounting bolts and secure them with 169 Nm (125 ft. lbs.) torque to the steering knuckle. Then, mount the wheel and tire onto the vehicle, ensuring the wheel is seated properly and tighten all the lug nuts following the correct order until they are halfway tightened and then tighten the nuts again in the same order to tighten all the nuts to the required 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.). Once you are done, lower the car to the surface.
