How to Install an Ignition Lock Cylinder on Chrysler Town & Country?

Before inserting the ignition lock cylinder, first insert your key into the lock cylinder and turn it so that the retaining tab drops down. Change the socket end of the housing to Run so it matches up with the shaft of the lock cylinder. Position the lock cylinder along the channels on the housing and advance it in until you see the finger tab sticking through the opening. After that, rotate the key to Off and pull it out. After that, fix the lower steering column shroud, then the steering column cover and commendably attach the negative cable to the battery.
