To start, separate and isolate the battery negative cable to keep yourself safe before removing the steering wheel. Wait two minutes after turning off the front air bag system for the capacitor to discharge, then remove the steering wheel or any other front air bag component to stay safe. Shut off the engine and remove the air bag label from the driver's side. Then, disconnect the electric connector from the horn switch, take out the screws that attach it to the steering wheel and remove the switch. Once you are done, separate electrical connector 1 from speed control switch 3, undo screws 4 from speed control switch 3 and remove speed control switch 3 from the steering wheel.
