Should they not be aligned, turn the actuator a little to get the splines in line with each other. Fix the blend door actuator to the air distribution housing using two screws, turning them to 2 Nm. Link the wire harness connector with the blend door actuator. Add the glove box bin first on RHD models, then fit the silencer panel and the push-pins. Remount the negative battery terminal and go to the Actuator Calibration screen on your scan tool.
